Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOMM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,068 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC3, NDUFB6, and MELK. Each is linked with TOMM5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM5-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM5 results are reported.
