TOMM34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,578 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, STAU1, and TOMM34_S186. Each is linked with TOMM34 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM34-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM34 versus CSE1L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM34→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
