TOMM34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM34-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01727, RN7SL26P, and RNA5SP303. Each is linked with TOMM34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM34-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01727 grouped by TOMM34-low versus TOMM34-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM34→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
