Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM34 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM34-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TOMM34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM34-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM34 results are reported.
