TOMM34

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOMM34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,574 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM34-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT1, SNRPD2, and PTRH2. Each is linked with TOMM34 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM34-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM34 versus PRMT1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM34→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
