TOM1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOM1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,080 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBXAS1, TCEA3, and PRKCB. Each is linked with TOM1L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1L1-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOM1L1 versus TBXAS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOM1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOM1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
