TOM1L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOM1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,016 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOM1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, PPP1R18, and LY96. Each is linked with TOM1L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1L1-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOM1L1 versus CCN4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOM1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOM1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
