The most reproducible TOM1L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blood coagulation, fibrin clot formation, Positive regulation of protein autophosphorylation, and Protein activation cascade. Each is linked with TOM1L1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOM1L1-to-partner and partner-to-TOM1L1 results are reported.
