Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOGARAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,658 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOGARAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, FKBP3, and RALGAPA1. Each is linked with TOGARAM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOGARAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TOGARAM1 results are reported.
