Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOGARAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,796 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOGARAM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Protein localization to vacuole, and Early endosome to late endosome transport. Each is linked with TOGARAM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOGARAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TOGARAM1 results are reported.
