TOB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,396 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90B1, TOB2_S222, and TTLL12. Each is linked with TOB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOB2-to-partner and partner-to-TOB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
