Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,397 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of cell fate commitment, and Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment. Each is linked with TOB2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOB2-to-partner and partner-to-TOB2 results are reported.
