TOB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 993 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1P57, KRT18P46, and NDUFB9P2. Each is linked with TOB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOB1-to-partner and partner-to-TOB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOB1 versus HNRNPA1P57 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
