Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,824 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening. Each is linked with TOB1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOB1-to-partner and partner-to-TOB1 results are reported.
