TNXB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNXB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNXB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, CNRIP1, and COL14A1. Each is linked with TNXB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNXB-to-partner and partner-to-TNXB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNXB versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNXB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNXB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
