Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNXB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,553 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNXB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, C7, and ABCA9. Each is linked with TNXB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNXB-to-partner and partner-to-TNXB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNXB versus MGP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNXB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNXB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
