TNXB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNXB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNXB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, beta-Catenin, and ATM. Each is linked with TNXB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNXB-to-partner and partner-to-TNXB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by TNXB-low versus TNXB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNXB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNXB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
