TNS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,228 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS4_S350, AHNAK2_S260, and AHNAK2_S5707. Each is linked with TNS4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS4-to-partner and partner-to-TNS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS4 versus TNS4_S350 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
