Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,634 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT6A, KRT6B, and GJB4. Each is linked with TNS4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS4-to-partner and partner-to-TNS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS4 versus KRT6A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
