TNS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L4, KRTAP17-1, and CCL7. Each is linked with TNS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS4-to-partner and partner-to-TNS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L4 grouped by TNS4-low versus TNS4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
