TNS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,561 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS1_S1400, TPM1, and RSU1. Each is linked with TNS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS1-to-partner and partner-to-TNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNS1 versus TNS1_S1400 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
