Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,741 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing compound transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with TNS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNS1-to-partner and partner-to-TNS1 results are reported.
