TNRC6C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNRC6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,165 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNRC6C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, ERO1A, and TMOD2. Each is linked with TNRC6C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNRC6C-to-partner and partner-to-TNRC6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNRC6C versus VEZF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNRC6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNRC6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
