TNRC6C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNRC6C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNRC6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL3, SDHB, and KIF23. Each is linked with TNRC6C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNRC6C-to-partner and partner-to-TNRC6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL3 grouped by TNRC6C-low versus TNRC6C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNRC6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNRC6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
