Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNRC6C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNRC6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, ACC1, and ASNS. Each is linked with TNRC6C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNRC6C-to-partner and partner-to-TNRC6C results are reported.
