Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNRC6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,091 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNRC6C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Heterochromatin organization, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with TNRC6C in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNRC6C-to-partner and partner-to-TNRC6C results are reported.
