Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNPO3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNPO3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TNPO3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNPO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where TNPO3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
