TNPO3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNPO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,045 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNPO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, RBM28, and NCAPG2. Each is linked with TNPO3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNPO3-to-partner and partner-to-TNPO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNPO3 versus EZH2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNPO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNPO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
