Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNPO2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNPO2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TNPO2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNPO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LSCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, CCRCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TNPO2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
