Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNPO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, UPF1, and WIZ. Each is linked with TNPO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TNPO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNPO2 versus RAVER1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
