TNPO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNPO2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNPO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with TNPO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TNPO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TNPO2-low versus TNPO2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNPO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNPO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
