Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,626 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNPO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and Chromosome condensation. Each is linked with TNPO2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TNPO2 results are reported.
