Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNPO1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNPO1 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TNPO1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNPO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TNPO1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
