The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TNP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and LUAD are the cancer types where TNP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
