Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNP2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tregs, Neutrophils, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with TNP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tregs grouped by TNP2-low versus TNP2-high in SKCM.
