The most reproducible TNP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing compound transport, Negative regulation of macroautophagy, and Response to forskolin. Each is linked with TNP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNP2 results are reported.
