Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14A16, TARM1, and SCGB1C2. Each is linked with TNP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14A16 grouped by TNP2-low versus TNP2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
