Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNNT3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNNT3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher TNNT3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNNT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, UCEC, and LGG are the cancer types where TNNT3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
