TNNT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,973 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMB2, PLIN4, and PALM. Each is linked with TNNT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT3-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNNT3 versus LAMB2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
