TNNT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, JNK2, and Notch1. Each is linked with TNNT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT3-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by TNNT3-low versus TNNT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
