TNNI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,521 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK2, S100A4, and IRF2BP1_S384. Each is linked with TNNI2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNI2-to-partner and partner-to-TNNI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNNI2 versus DOK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
