TNNI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, Lck, and MSH2. Each is linked with TNNI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNI2-to-partner and partner-to-TNNI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by TNNI2-low versus TNNI2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
