Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNNI1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNNI1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TNNI1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNNI1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, LGG, and UCEC are the cancer types where TNNI1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
