TNNC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, PDCD4, and PKC-a. Each is linked with TNNC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNC2-to-partner and partner-to-TNNC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myosin-IIa_pS1943 grouped by TNNC2-low versus TNNC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
