TNNC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNNC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,017 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS9, C1QBP, and RPS2. Each is linked with TNNC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNC2-to-partner and partner-to-TNNC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNNC2 versus RPS9 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
