Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNNC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52N4 and OR10R2. Each is linked with TNNC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNC2-to-partner and partner-to-TNNC2 results are reported.
