TNMD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNMD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,733 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNMD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, DPYSL3, and TSPAN6. Each is linked with TNMD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNMD-to-partner and partner-to-TNMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNMD versus DAB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
