TNMD

total protein — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-RPPA → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNMD total protein is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,990 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNMD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLPBP, ATP1A1, and SSB. Each is linked with TNMD in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNMD-to-partner and partner-to-TNMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNMD versus PLPBP in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

total protein associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
