Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNKS1BP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNKS1BP1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TNKS1BP1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNKS1BP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TNKS1BP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
