TNKS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNKS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWILCH, C5orf22, and RAD51C. Each is linked with TNKS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNKS-to-partner and partner-to-TNKS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWILCH grouped by TNKS-low versus TNKS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
